ISI Platform



The ISI project was born from the need to identify, against the problems of the tourist market, the possible technological tools that, in an automated way, help the accommodation facilities to improve their offer and simultaneously save time and resources and create a dynamic guest loyalty.
The ISI platform, thanks to artificial intelligence algorithms, calculates the sentiment from different information sources (eg mail, facebook, etc) and determines the customer experience index of a tourist company.
